RESEARCH DATA:

Certain distinctive designs of Ifugao flat ladles feature the incorporation of the hagabi (prestige bench) design intricately carved onto the handles. These ladles, adorned with hagabi-inspired handles, were exclusively owned by the upper-class members of the Ifugao community.
